Nikki Steward, also known as my alter ego, the 30 Something Psychic is a lifelong Jersey Girl growing up in rural Burlington County, I began having contact with spirits and premonitions throughout my youth. In 2003, I became a paranormal investigator and utilized my paranormal research experiences to begin my journey of fully understanding and accepting my intuitive gifts. Our roots go back to 1955 and a group called the Ghost Hunters of America. GHA conducted investigations in NJ and PA and remained active into the 1990’s. In 1998, GHA merged with two other New Jersey groups to form South Jersey Ghost Research. We’ve undergone some name changes and personnel changes along the way, but the focus of the group has remained true; to help anyone in need of assistance with a haunting. Now with the renaissance of ghost research thanks to the Internet, we have expanded our membership base and our coverage of the Delaware Valley.Our primary goal is to help everyone we can, free of charge, with their questions, concerns or fears of spirit activity in their home or business. The research aspect of our work comes second to giving assistance and understanding to those who contact us. We are one of the few groups that use all the tools available to us in order to provide assistance. We use the latest scientific equipment along with psychic investigators so that we can obtain more information on the nature of the haunting and to help validate each method.

Mission Statement:

Our goal is to aid any individuals having problems dealing with or understanding a situation in their home or business. We hope to do this by researching the situation and educating them as to the nature of their haunting as well as giving them the information and understanding to create a livable resolution for the person and the spirit. When this is not possible, we will assist people who cannot live with their situations because of the negative nature of the spirit activity.  In the process, we also want to gather and collate data that will lead to the better understanding of ghosts and hauntings. We are open minded to all theories and methods, this is not an exact science and hopefully, in the end, this will create the theories and proof necessary to bring the subject of ghosts into the mainstream.

Roadside Linen Arts creates mini “mash-up” masterpieces combining wearable art (brooches, earrings, pendants) and real vintage postcards. Our jewelry pieces are antique, modern and unique – many created from recycled flea market finds. We also laser cut unusual pieces using century-old Day of the Dead images and other funky vintage artwork. Roadside Linen Arts will donate 50% of our profits from sales at the Expo to ACCT-Philly, the only public animal shelter serving the city of Philadelphia.

The Dominion Ministry is here to make the Spiritual warfare pertaining to Demonologists, Shamans, Witches etc. A legitimate organization, where Spiritual Warriors will be able to mentor or be apprenticed by very experienced and knowledgeable people in the field of Spiritual Warfare.

It is the idea that we believe there to be many fakes and inexperienced people in the field of Spiritual Warfare especially Demonology. The work we do is a calling and many people enter into for the wrong reasons, getting innocent people hurt or severely injured for dealing with the wrong cases.

The Dominion Ministry members work in very professional standards. We document through Case Files, Questionnaires and Waivers to appropriately solve the issue through religious, spiritual or medical standards.

If The Dominion Ministries is not able to help a client due to Medical issues, we as a ministry(Board members) will vote on the next course of action which could involve multiple different standards such as Medical help from a Medical Professional etc.

The Dominion Ministries as well has an apprentice program. Mentors(Board Members & Members) are allowed to take on Assistant/Apprentices to help them in the battle against negative/evil/malevolent forces . Apprentices will go through a rigorous amounts of cases through-out many years. The Mentor when believes the apprentice is ready for his final test which could be a multitude of things could have the Apprentice lead a cleansing/deliverance with the Mentors supervision and assistance. Before this step comes to fruition, The Board Members will vote on the matter through research and notes of the case files presented by the Mentor. They will then deem the apprentice eligible for his final test.

If the Apprentice passes, he will be designated with his appropriate title and then be allowed to either A) Continue Working with former Mentor. B) Garnish Cases under his belt. C) Acquire an Apprentice himself.

There is many facets of life in this ministry with beliefs. Every member of this Ministry comes from different belief systems as well as different denominations in their religious system. So we are judgement free zone, we will work with anyone of any belief and we will all work together for the common cause.

Chris Di Cesare – “The Ghost Boy of Geneseo”

As a young college student, Chris Di Cesare’s view of life was forever changed by a series of horrifying events in and around his dorm room: C2D1 at SUNY Geneseo. From early February through late April of 1985, he and his college friends endured what is now referred to as ‘The C2D1 Haunting’.  Apparitions sighted, disembodied voices heard, moving objects witnessed and frightening physical attacks all became part of the ordeal suffered by Chris – who quickly became the focal point of the haunting – and several of his college classmates.  Long suppressed by the participants themselves, the extreme haunting eventually moved into the realm of ‘urban legend’.

After almost a quarter century of avoiding the spotlight, in 2009 Di Cesare – convinced by the level of respect and authenticity provided by the “Please, talk with me…” film project – finally agreed to share his experience. The film recreates the 1985 events surrounding the photograph that has become known across the internet as the ‘C2D1 ghost’.

Following a 2011 college speaking tour, Chris was featured on the SyFy channel’s show “School Spirits”. The episode titled ‘Dorm Room Nightmare’ first aired on June 27th, 2012 and gained national attention.

“Please, talk with me …” premiered at SCARE-A-CUSE in September, 2012 along with a companion book by the Rev. Tim Shaw (foreword by John Zaffis, the Haunted Collector).  The movie has since gone on to win multiple awards including Best Feature (Spirit Quest Film Fest) and Best Director (Wilson Horror Film Fest).

An accomplished lecturer who recently appeared on Coast to Coast AM, Di Cesare has released his memoir, Surviving Evidence, (Dark Moon Press) which offers a compelling first-hand accounting of the infamous extreme haunting from the person who found himself at its center … and survived it.

Sarah Prescott is a self taught mosaic artist. Sarah started creating mosaics as a therapy for anxiety and depression. While mosiacs are a new medium for her she has been drawing most of her life.
